Daniel Carr

Founder & Lead Lean Facilitator

With over 30+ years in Lean Leadership and more than 20+ years teaching/coaching, Daniel has guided leaders across industries to shift from command-and-control to coach-and-empower. Inspired by early work coaching youth girls’ soccer, Daniel saw how teaching resilience, respect, and teamwork on the field could change lives—and built Dragon Lair Foundation as a place to pass those lessons on to leaders everywhere.
